The rent includes a modern kitchen (with Frost free refrigerator, self cleaning oven, counter top microwave and dishwasher, 24-hour access to the community center, fitness center and business center, landscaping, snow removal, 24-hour maintenance and refuse collection. |

How long is the lease term? |

Our lease term is one year, however, if you sign a lease and move in between the months of November and February, the term will be 16 months. Yes we do allow subleasing. |

We do rent storage areas, which must run concurrently with your lease. Our 6’ x 7’ will rent for $25 per month. |

Each floor has two common area laundry rooms with two coin-operated (2) full size washers and dryers for your convenience. |

Can I use the clubhouse to entertain my guests for a private party? |

The clubhouse is available to reserve for your private parties for all residents for a small nominal fee. |
